SHIPPING INFORMATION
ALL items are shipped within 24 to 72 hours after receipt
of order. Most all Bucky orders are shipped via FedEx Gound
(5 days) and should arrive 7 to 10 business days after the
order process date. . Most other products including Sleep
Machines CDs ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days).
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
If an item is defective we will replace the item or credit
your charge card, at your request ( no refunds on shipping
), providing you notify us with 10 days after you receive
your shipment. We take great pride in our merchandise and
want the customer to be completely satisfied. If you have

RETURN
POLICY
To process a return, you must have an RA# first. To get an
RA#, just call 1-800-479-2672 or email us at sales@comfortessentials.com.
All returned orders will be charged a $10 re-stocking fee.
If a product is returned do to faulty shipping address, the
account will be credited the cost of the product, not the
cost shipping. All Sleep Machines CDs are non-refundable.
(MP3 samples are available for every sound CD offered so you
know exactly what you will be getting before you order.)

products may be returned for a refund within 30 days FROM
THE DATE OF PURCHASE. Sorry, products are not refundable after
30 days FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. Products must be unused
and in their original packaging. Open, non-defective bedding
(blankets, pillows, eye shades, pillowcases, etc) are not
returnable for reasons of health and hygiene.
Defective items may be returned for exchange (no handling
fee will be charged for defective returns) within 15 days
FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
Free items are excluded from return policy and are not eligible
to be returned.

Return Policy: Please notify us of damaged merchandise within
72 hours.
Most products may be returned within 30 days as long as they
have not been used. Open, non-defective bedding (sheets, pillows,
comforters, pillowcases, and duvets etc.) are not returnable
for reasons of health and hygiene. Customers are responsible
for securely shipping and insuring products returned to DreamSacks.
Please be aware that all sales are final on discounted and
sale items. No returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
